Adoption & supply FAQ

For schools ordering directly there is no minimum — we will supply a single class section. Institutional discount tiers begin at 50 copies per title. Distributors have an opening indent requirement that varies by territory size, discussed at appointment.

Specimen copies ship in 5–7 working days. Confirmed indents dispatch in 10–14 days across India. During the February–April peak we recommend placing indents by mid-February to guarantee delivery before the session opens.

Yes, for school groups and chains above a threshold volume. We can produce co-branded covers, custom chapter sequencing and school-specific supplementary sections. Lead time is typically four months, so this needs to be initiated by October for the following session.

Unsold stock in saleable condition may be returned by distributors within the standard trade window at the close of the session. Damaged-in-transit consignments are replaced at our cost — a photograph is sufficient.

Our core catalogue follows CBSE and the NCF. Editions aligned to specific state syllabi, and Hindi-medium editions of Mathematics, Science and Social Science, are available for several states — tell us your requirement and we will confirm availability for your region.
